The Bloom and Grow Garden Society will be hosting it's 20th annual "Spring Fever in the Garden" April 1st & 2nd, 2023 in Historic Downtown Winter Garden.

Spring Fever in the Garden 2023
The Bloom & Grow Garden Society will be hosting its 21st annual “Spring Fever in the Garden” festival, on Saturday, April 1 st, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 2nd, from 10 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in historic downtown Winter Garden. You can get information and view pictures from the previous festivals on our website:

Spring Fever is unique in that it is the quintessential garden show with large and small plant vendors selling an infinite variety of plants. We also have vendors selling any and all things related to nature and gardening. All products being exhibited must be high-quality garden, nature, or wildlife-related items.

At the 2022 Spring Fever festival, the 2-day attendance was estimated at over 60K and that was with a limited day on Saturday because of storms. With the expectation of larger attendance at the 2023 festival, we encourage vendors to make sure they have the staffing to accommodate the possible uptick in sales for the 2 days of the festival.

While our show is an excellent selling event for vendors, we have other activities that draw people into the downtown festival area. Our chalk art contest is considered an event in itself. Kidzone has so much to do kids can spend the day. Eclectic entertainment in front of city hall goes on throughout the day. Plus, booths like the Avian Reconditioning Center and Ask the Garden Experts are extremely popular. Spring Fever in the Garden could be considered the premier garden festival in the Central Florida area, if not the state.

All applications are subject to review by our committee. Upon acceptance, the committee will send an acknowledgment letter to the vendor. Please read all the vendor criteria below (and sign the agreement). Final vendor acceptances are at the discretion of the Spring Fever in the Garden committee.

The purpose of the festival is to raise money for charitable purposes. All of the profits earned from the festival are donated to carefully vetted charitable organizations. Any hardship requests for the refund of a booth fee shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bloom & Grow Garden Society.

Please pay particular attention to the rules and regulations below as we’ve changed many of them.
No applications will be accepted after March 15, 2023.

All products being exhibited must be high quality garden, nature, or wildlife related items.

  • Set up time will be assigned to each vendor. In order to keep the set up process on a timely schedule, vendors must be punctual. Vendors arriving late will be unable to access their reserved assigned space by vehicle. Late arrivals will be relocated and required to hand carry their items to their space. Vendors arriving late may risk not being invited back again the following year.

  • Electricity and water will be available in most areas. Vendors must let us know their requirements.

  • The Selection Committee has the right to decline acceptance of any application that they feel does not meet the criteria set by the Festival Committee. This also includes vendors who have exhibited in the past, but the committee decided not to invite them to return.

  • There will be no rain date scheduled.

  • The sale of t-shirts, posters, drawings or raffle tickets by vendors and organizations is strictly prohibited. No donation jars will be allowed by vendors.

  • Vendors may not share their booth with other vendors.

  • Bloom & Grow Garden Society will provide all entertainment, music, and announcements via public address system. Vendors may not bring additional music or entertainment.

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and signage. Additionally, vendors must provide tie downs for their tents.  As you know, storms are not uncommon, and your tent must be secured.

  • We ask that all vendors be courteous to their neighbors and not yell to customers and stand in the street selling their items.

  • Food vendors must provide their Food Vendor License.  Additionally, food vendors must comply with the Florida State Division of Hotels and Restaurants regulations.

  • Participating vendors, who do not show up on the day of the event, will risk not being accepted for future Spring Fever events.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless we do not accept your application.

  • Food Vendors with trailers must provide:

(a) full-trailer length (bumper to tongue)

(b) 110 or 220 electrical requirement

(c) which side of booth electricity is connected

  • All approved vendors must participate on both days of the festival.

Vendors wishing to stay open later Saturday may do so.

  • All vendors must provide and display booth signage.

  • Generators are not allowed.

  • This is a garden show. Vendors who are not plant and garden related will not be accepted. Food vendors are extremely limited.

  • We will make every effort to place you in the spot you have requested.  However, it may not be possible due to changes in the space available in the city.  If you let us know that you were not happy with your placement last year, please be aware that we will try to accommodate you.  You are important to us, and we will do our best.
