Come be the “Chalk of the Town” and make plans for early (daybreak is ok) Saturday, April 5, 2025 in front of Winter Garden’s City Hall. Each participant will have a 6x6 cement square and is asked to CREATE YOUR NATURE OR GARDEN INSPIRED MASTERPIECE appropriate for all ages to view.
Judging will commence at 3:00 pm, weather permitting
Awards announced at 4:00 pm
Come well prepared for this adventure, as chalk, tents or umbrellas will NOT be provided. Artists are asked to only use traditional soft chalk stick for their creations. Do not use materials that are not specifically chalk-based, crayons, pencils or oil pastels. Do not use any adhesive or other material that could stain the concrete.
Cash Prizes will be awarded in numerous categories:
- Best in Show
- People’s Choice
- Adult Individual and Group
- Family Group
- High School Individual and Group
- Middle School Individual and Group
- Elementary Individual and Group
